Favorable weather conditions in March allowed the imagery season of 2007 to be opened much earlier. From the very start of the new season two satellites – EROS-A and EROS-B have delivered high resolution images for more than 20 towns in Russia and CIS. ScanEx R&D Center has been placing orders and receiving the EROS program data by license from satellites managed by the ImageSat Int. operator.

From late March the new EROS-B satellite delivered the town of Kiev and six more towns on the European part of Russia twice: St-Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Kaliningrad, Kamyshin (Volgograd Region) and Riga.

The other satellite – EROS-A – with a lower resolution (1.9 m as opposed to 0.7 m) but with a wider swath (14 km as compared to 7 km) took images of 22 towns in Russia and neighborhood: St-Petersburg, Vladivostok, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Lipetsk, Volgograd, Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Saratov, Elista, towns of Krasnodar Territory, Moscow, Leningrad, Astrakhan and Volgograd Regions, as well as towns in the neighboring counties: (Kharkov, Lvov, Minsk, Vilnius, Uralsk).
