The Program Committee of the 3rd International Conference “Earth from Space – the Most Effective Solutions” has been formed, joined by the representatives of the world leading remote sensing operators and companies specializing in space data and GIS-applications processing; by representatives of scientific and educational institutions. In all, the seats of the Program Committee members are distributed among 24 representatives of Israel, India, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, USA, Turkey, France and Sweden. The Conference is to take place in Moscow on December 4-6, 2007. Issues pertaining to innovations in Earth remote sensing, Russian and foreign experience of practical use of satellite-based monitoring in different industries as the backbone of an efficiently operating system will be discussed during the plenary and poster sessions: from the tasks of region and major industrial facilities management to those of real-time monitoring, including the emergencies. Conference participants will be able to take part in the workshops and seminars on space data processing technology; master-classes on real-time and archived RS data control and handling. They will have a chance to visit both indoor and outdoor exhibitions, demonstrating real-time data reception from different Earth remote sensing satellites.
