Terms of distribution and technical support

Software technical support during the first year is free. Upon the user's request, technical support for the following year can be extended for extra charge.

Educational institutions purchasing the software have a discount.

Payments are accepted in cash or by bank transfers. Software can be obtained in the ScanEx Moscow office or delivered via express mail.
