ScanMagic® performs automatic geographic location of GIS/RS images. The application provides for easy georeferencing of remote sensing data, presented in any general graphical format by means of the Universal Sensor Model and for manual georeferencing in image-to-map and image-to-image modes.

ScanMagic® enables to use satellites trajectory data from NORAD TLE format messages and to make a fast geocorrection by implementing adjustments for satellite orbital position and sensor orientation.

To assess and eliminate the geolocation errors, overlay of the vector map layers on the images is provided. A range of parameters can be adjusted for the optimal map display.

Vector maps editing tools are available in the application to create, redraw and edit point, linear and polygonal vector objects.
